This pack reviews a fictional booking app. The structure, depth and reasoning are real. Only the client is invented.

It includes an Executive Summary written for whoever signs off the work, alongside the detailed reports written for the people doing it. Every finding carries a priority, an effort estimate and a specific recommended action, because a report that ends in "consider improving this" isn't worth reading.
